The Project
The school complex is located in the settlement of Ierissos in the Municipality of Aristotelis in the prefecture of Chalkidiki, and consists of two buildings which house 2nd Primary School and Kindergarten. The buildings were constructed with the 133/1999 building permit and have a total area of 945sqm.
The Study
The energy upgrade study concerns the addition of thermal facade, insulation on the ceilings, replacement of frames, installation of new luminaires with phototechnics study, automation study with brightness and presence control, thermostatic valves, circulator replacement, central building management system BMS and two photovoltaic systems one on the roof of the primary school and one on the roof of the kindergarten of 8 and 3KWp respectively.
