The Project
The building is located in the settlement of Kontariotissa in the prefecture of Pieria and is used as a high school. The building consists of ground floor and first floor and has a total area of 3000sqm.
The Study
The energy upgrade study concerns the addition of thermal facade, the insulation of roofs, the replacement of frames, the installation of a shading system with external movable blinds, the study of air conditioning with the addition of central air conditioning units, heat pumps, solar panels for hot water TVs, study LED floodlights, installation of new luminaires with a study of phototechnics in all areas, study of automation with brightness and presence control, central management system of BMS buildings.
