The Project
The building is located in the settlement of M. Panagia of the Municipality of Aristotelis in the prefecture of Halkidiki, was built in 1930 and today is housed in this primary school in the area. The building consists of ground floor, first floor and a small basement and has a total area of 1135sqm.
The Study
The energy upgrade study concerns the addition of internal insulation to the walls and ceilings, replacement of frames, installation of new luminaires with phototechnics study, automation study with brightness and presence control, thermostatic valves, circulator replacement and central building management system BMS.
