The Project
The gym is located outside the settlement of Ierissos in the Municipality of Aristotelis Halkidiki with a building permit of 1997. It consists of the main hall, stands, foyer, and locker rooms of 1600sqm.
The Study
The energy upgrade study concerns the addition of thermal facade, the insulation of roofs, the replacement of frames, the installation of a shading system with external movable blinds, the study of air conditioning with the addition of central air conditioning units, heat pumps, solar panels for hot water TVs, study LED floodlights, installation of new luminaires with a study of phototechnics in all areas, study of automation with brightness and presence control, central management system of BMS buildings.
